I could not be where I am today with the websites and with my career unless I had done what I have done financially in spending it on my career, spending money on websites, and furthering myself with travel etc. It is one of my issues today that there are many who consider working in the metaphysical area to be “A gift from God” and, as such, it should not be charged for but either donated or charged at a ridiculous price; it is almost given away. There are also a lot of people in the metaphysical world who cannot put a worth on themselves and give their services for free. They believe it is not themselves, but God who heals or does the work, and believe me, it is. However Maitreya told me – and these are the words he used – “It takes two to Tango!” In other words, Spirit cannot do their work without our help and we cannot do anything without Spirit.
Why should we not charge for our time? If we worked in an office or a shop we would expect to be paid. Why not charge for our time metaphysically? Of course, for those who are not qualified and really bad, then one would not pay, but for those who are good they are entitled to be worthy of their hire and, as such, put a price on themselves.
I honestly feel that the way I do readings now, I do not charge enough. However, I know that the majority of people cannot afford more than I charge, and even then some cannot afford that price. I know also though that, what one pays out in search of Spirit’s help, Spirit will give back – maybe not immediately, but it will come back. I have seen many people who badly needed a reading state they could not afford to have one, yet when they took the risk and booked for one, suddenly and mysteriously the money manifested in some way.
