Your mention of your call to a suicide phone line took me back to the day I did exactly the same thing. Remembering that terribly lonely time shows me that I am far from those dark days. Sure, I am feeling uncertainty about my future, but that is all it is. I am being loved through this uncertain time by Spirit and close soul friends on Earth. Then she sent me a card, full of judgment about how God DEMANDS that I forgive the family (which I had already done on a soul level)and return to the fold. She went on and on about how their God would feel about it all. As I read, I knew that my decision to move away from them was the right thing to do.
